How to Activate Your Smart Connect Subscription

If you’ve purchased a Smart Connect subscription for your CGO009 or Longtail Duo, follow these steps to activate it.

What You’ll Need

• The TENWAYS App installed on your phone
• Your Smart Connect subscription Order ID (found in your order confirmation email)

Steps to Activate

1. Launch the app and tap your e-bike from the main screen.

   

2. Tap Smart Connect in the app menu.

   

3. Tap Renew to begin activating your subscription.

   

4. Input the 14-digit Order ID from your subscription confirmation email and tap the search icon 🔍.

   

   

   5. Tap Renew, then Confirm to activate your Smart Connect subscription.

   

All Set!

Your subscription is now active. Enjoy the features of Smart Connect on your rides.
