Unlock My Bike Feature

You’re probably familiar with how a wireless keyboard automatically connects to your laptop when you turn it on. The Unlock My Bike feature works in a very similar way—seamlessly and effortlessly.

Available on: Longtail Duo, CGO600 New Edition, AGO Air (Chain & Belt Version), CGO Compact, CGO009 New Edition, AGO X Special Edition

To set it up:

1. Connect your bike to our app by tapping Register on the homepage and following the on-screen instructions.
2. On the homepage, tap Unlock My Bike to pair via Bluetooth and enable the feature. After setup, whenever you power on your bike with your phone nearby, your bike display will unlock automatically—no need to open the app.

Bluetooth Unlock Feature

There’s also the Bluetooth Unlock feature, which works a bit differently. With this option, you can either enter a PIN on the bike display or open the app to connect and unlock your bike.

Available on: CARGO ONE, CGO600 Plus, CGO800 Plus, and CGO600 Pro-C models.

To set up Bluetooth Unlock:

1. Register your bike in the app (if you haven’t already).
2. On the home screen, toggle Unlock to ON.
