1. Bluetooth Unlocking (Hands-Free)

Once the Longtail Duo is paired with the Tenways app, you can enable the "Unlock My Bike" feature. This allows for a seamless connection between your bike and your phone. Every time you power on the bike's display, your phone will automatically connect to it without the need to open the app. When the bike is successfully unlocked, the smart module will provide an audible notification 🔔.

2. Battery-Related

Battery Level - Remote Monitoring

With the Tenways app, you can conveniently check your battery level even when you're not near your bike.

Battery Range Estimate

When adjusting the pedal assist level via the bike's control buttons, the app will estimate your remaining battery range accordingly.

Note: The estimated range shown in the app tends to be on the conservative side. It is based on an internal calculation and may not always reflect the actual riding range.

3. GPS Location Tracking

The Tenways app allows you to remotely access your Longtail Duo's current location, so you can easily find your bike—whether you're searching in a crowded area or simply checking its location for peace of mind. Even better, you can create a route to your bike with just one click.

Please note that GPS signals may not work if the bike is under a roof or stored indoors.

4. Over-the-Air (OTA) Firmware Updates

Your Longtail Duo's smart module supports over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates. Here is how:

1. On the app's home page, tap on your bike.
2. On the bike page, scroll down to the bottom and tap "Smart Connect".
3. The app shows your current firmware version and lets you know if an update is available.
4. If an update is available, you can follow the prompts on the app to install it.

5. Vibration Detection

The smart module on the Longtail Duo is equipped with a vibration sensor. This sensor is capable of detecting any vibrations or movements of the bike. If you enable the movement alert function and it senses unusual movement, the module will automatically send a notification to alert you.

Slight Movement Feature Settings

Under the "Slight Movement" settings, you can configure:

• Notification Frequency: Choose an interval between 10 seconds to 30 minutes.
• Priority Level (1-5): Adjusts the sensitivity of the sensor, with 5 being the most sensitive.

6. Fall Detection

In case of an accident, the Longtail Duo's module can detect if the bike has fallen over. This fall detection feature (when enabled) will automatically send a message to the Tenways app.

7. Sound Alerts

To provide you with constant feedback, the Longtail Duo includes various sound alerts for different actions:

• Power-on sound

• Unlock sound

• Power-off sound

• System error sound

8. Safe Zone

The Longtail Duo also features electronic fencing (Safe Zone), which you can set remotely via the app. If the bike moves outside of this designated area, the app will send a notification.

9. Smart Connect Auto-Record

The Smart Connect Auto Record feature allows your rides to be automatically recorded when you turn on the bike—no need to take out your phone.
