Can I add a child seat or trailer to the bikes?
For safety reasons, we do not recommend using unauthorized accessories such as a child seat or trailer, as we have not tested their safety.
It's important to be aware that installing non-approved accessories may pose risks, and any potential consequences need to be assumed by the user. If you insist on installing them, kindly follow the installation safety code for accessories to avoid safety risks. However, we prioritize the safety of our customers, and we encourage you to use only authorized accessories that have undergone proper testing and validation.
Can I change thinner/thicker tires?
The inner tube for CGO600 is compatible with a 700C tire in a cross-section range of 35-43C, with the widest recommended outer tire being 700*38C.
The inner tube for CGO600 Pro is suitable for a 700C tire in a cross-section range of 45-50C, with the largest recommended outer tire size being 700*45C.
The inner tube for CGO800S is designed for a 700C tire in a cross-section range of 47-52C, with the largest recommended outer tire size being 700*48C.
AGO X features a 29"*2.25 outer tire, and the corresponding inner tube is compatible with 29" * 1.90/2.35.
AGO T features a 700*48C outer tire, and the inner tube is compatible with 700C47/52C.
Can I change the seat post?
Yes, as long as the size is appropriate.

Can I replace a suspension fork?
Yes, you can purchase a suspension fork at your local bike store. We recommend undertaking any modifications or replacements under the guidance of a professional to ensure proper installation and performance.
Can I add a front carrier to the bike?
Yes, we offer a dedicated front carrier for the CGO800S model, and it can be easily installed without any modifications to the frame. Unfortunately, we don't have front carriers compatible with other models at the moment. However, if you need one, you can explore purchasing it at your local bike shop.
Can I add a bottle cage to the bike?
For the CGO600 and AGO X models, there are installation points for the water bottle cage. However, for other models, unfortunately, there isn't a provision for them.
Do I need to add mudguards, kickstands, and a rear carrier to the e-bikes?
We are offering the free mudguards & kickstand to your CGO600/CGO600 Pro order, but you need to order the rear carrier separately if necessary.
For the CGO800S/AGO X/AGO T, these accessories have already been added to the bike, and no need to order them separately.
