1. What Brake Pads Should You Buy?

2. When to Check and Replace Brake Pads

3. How to Replace Brake Pads

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Remove the Caliper:
   • Ensure your bike is stable. Use an Allen wrench to remove the bolts securing the caliper to the frame. Carefully detach the caliper.
2. Remove the Old Pads:
   • Locate the retaining pin and use pliers to straighten it. Remove the pin to release the pads. Slide out the old brake pads carefully.
3. Install the New Pads:
   • Press the pistons back into place to create enough space for the new pads. Align the new brake pads in the caliper slot, ensuring they face the correct direction. Secure the pads with the retaining pin, bending it to lock it in place.
4. Reassemble and Test:
   • Reattach the caliper to the frame using the bolts. Ensure the wheel spins freely.
